How we work
DESIGN-BUILD
Our in-house design team and long-term collaboration with architects enable us to support clients from the very inception of their building project. In one of our offices in Prague or Brno, we will review your concept together and guide you through a technical and economic analysis that provides the framework for the entire project. You can also entrust us with engineering, selecting a suitable architect, and preparing the building permit documentation. We also have experience submitting bids for public tenders under the Design–Build regime and subsequently managing projects funded by European Union grants.
Construction execution documentation and technical documentation.
Preparation of construction documentation can follow an architectural study or building permit documentation prepared by your or our architect. Our designers and structural engineers work with timber architecture across various technologies (panel construction, CLT, timber frame, and hybrid structures). In our designs, we place strong emphasis on the durability of the structure, acoustic comfort, and compliance with stringent fire safety requirements. We develop projects as detailed three-dimensional models (BIM), giving your building its own digital twin that ensures perfectly precise and rapid assembly of the entire structure. The efficiency of our work is demonstrated by our successes in public procurement projects, which are defined by the primary criteria of cost-effectiveness and time.
Manufacturing and prefabrication at the highest level
A decade of practical experience in manufacturing and construction has resulted in excellent organization of our entire process. We understand the materials we use as well as our limitations on the production line, during transport and handling. Therefore, we know that each building has its individual degree of possible prefabrication. You can see our buildings on trucks as rough panels, but also, for example, as complete walls including window and door installations. Prefabrication of building components takes place under stable conditions in our production hall using robotic equipment. Our employees can thus always fully focus on their work in a dignified environment, regardless of the weather outside.
Turnkey construction and completion.
We primarily execute contracts stemming from our own design and manufacturing, but we also participate as subcontractors in the construction of large and ambitious projects with our partner companies. One example of such a project is the Tree Top Walkway in Dolní Morava. We offer a 30-year warranty on our houses and currently have over three hundred in our portfolio.
