As the general contractor, we are currently constructing a modern timber building for the public sector in Kamenný Újezd, Czechia◾️The children's center with a total area of 204 m² represents an innovative combination of construction systems – prefabricated CLT panels, steel structure, and energy-efficient sandwich panels◾️We are executing this public contract in Design to Build mode, which allows us to provide comprehensive delivery from design to final execution with maximum control over quality and deadlines◾️The project demonstrates our expertise in public timber construction, where we combine ecological materials with modern technologies to create a functional and sustainable environment for children.
